How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange property viewings, send you relevant updates you've requested (such as property alerts), and improve this website. Your phone number may be used to contact you directly, including via WhatsApp. If you provide your email and explicitly opt in when signing up for a property alert, we'll also email you automatically when a new listing matches your saved criteria — every such email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can stop these emails at any time without affecting your other alert preferences. We do not send automated marketing messages beyond what you explicitly requested.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. To operate this site, we share limited data with service providers who process it only to provide their service to us: Vercel (hosting and infrastructure), Neon (database storage), Resend (sending email notifications), and Vercel AI Gateway / Anthropic (powering the AI chat assistant and AI listing tools — if you use the chat feature, your messages are processed by Anthropic's AI models to generate a response). We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and Local Storage
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's sessionStorage to remember referral information (like which link brought you here) and to avoid showing you the same pop-up twice in one visit — this data stays on your device and is not shared with us or anyone else.
